CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW FEE

We understand that plans can change. To respect the time of our stylists and clients, please review our cancellation policy:

 

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED AT BOOKING
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment and authorize any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

 

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made by calling the salon directly. Cancellations made through text message, social media, email, or directly with your stylist will not be accepted.

 

NO-SHOWS
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the full service price to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Please call the salon in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
